Our roots. IPAS was founded in 1979 in Carnate (province of Monza and Brianza, Italy) by Tullio Bodini, following in the footsteps of his family, active in the cheese sector for almost a century.
The Seventies. Reflecting the changes in society, the food market in the Seventies was focused on finding solutions to an ever-more dynamic world hungry for new developments, an answer which came in the form of the first ready meals, fast and convenient. Sensing the approaching changes, Tullio Bodini chose a new position in the market to serve these emerging trends.

Convenience foods were initially simple and traditional, steadily becoming more diverse and sophisticated, with products such as cordon bleu, destined to become firm favourites at the family dinner table. IPAS follows and anticipates these trends, developing new products with high added value and investing in innovative production processes.
