WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Vegan alternative to cheese for grating

Hard and compact structure, resistant to high temperatures. Performs well in all cutting operations such as cubing and grating. Has a high melting point and maintains its structure even after cooking, becoming slightly creamy. Customisable flavour, from mild to mature.

Vegan alternative to mozzarella

Structure ideal for cutting operations such as slicing and cubing when cold, creamy with good meltability when hot.

Vegan alternative to cheese spread

Creamy structure with excellent spreadability. Can be used hot or cold. Customisable colour, flavour typical of cheese spread.

Vegan alternative to Cheddar cheese

Structure is compact and easy to cut when cold. Melts without running when cooked, with slightly creamy result. Colour echoes the characteristic yellow of Cheddar cheese.

Vegan pizza topping

Alternative to traditional pizza topping, with excellent performance and sensory profile and a flavour similar to mozzarella. Ideal for all cutting operations such as cubing and grating, with good meltability and a creamy and slightly stretchy texture when hot.

Vegan ragu

Made from texturised vegetable proteins which mimic the consistency of minced meat, our vegan ragu has excellent organoleptic properties and is formulated with an extremely clean label.
Available in two versions:

  • as an intermediate product to be cooked by the customer, with a choice of added ingredients
  • as a ready-to-eat ragu with tomato, carrots, pepper, garlic and extra-virgin olive oil, or other ingredients of choice. Also available with added meat flavour for a fuller taste.

Vegan pesto

With all the taste and colour of traditional pesto but free from allergens, lactose and gluten.
Available in two versions:

  • with modified starch for added creaminess
  • with vegetable proteins in place of the modified starch for a velvety consistency. This version is completely clean label.

Vegan bechamel

Our vegan bechamel offers two customisation options: colour from white to straw yellow, and flavour from mozzarella to a stronger cheese taste. Very heat stable, maintaining its creaminess and consistency during cooking.

Vegan egg substitute

A powdered mix of selected bean flours and proteins, extracts and natural flavours. Once rehydrated, the mixture can be used in all recipes, including omelettes and vegan scrambled eggs. The colour and flavour of the finished product is extraordinarily similar to eggs.
